Thank you for considering Potente for your special occasion. No matter the need for your event, we will ensure that we create the most memorable experience for you and your guests. We are open for lunch and dinner service for private events.

Private Dining at Potente. We are available for parties of many sizes and our dedicated private dining team is on-hand to assist in carefully planning your event. The private dining spaces feature chandeliers, window pieces and high-back tufted furniture designed to create a comfortable, yet sophisticated environment. All of our rooms have the ability to connect to audiovisual equipment for presentations or to enjoy a baseball game.

Team Building at Potente. Gather your team and prepare for an exhilarating experience where creativity, collaboration, and culinary skills collide. Hosted in one of our private rooms, this event promises to be an unforgettable journey of teamwork and delicious delights. Available weekdays, weekends, lunch or dinner. Here’s what to expect:

Guidance from Expert Chefs: Our seasoned chefs will lead your team through the entire cooking process, providing tips, tricks, and inspiration to elevate your dishes to gourmet perfection.

Race Against the Clock: With the clock ticking, teams must work together efficiently to complete their dishes before time runs out. It’s a test of speed, skill, and teamwork!

Judging and Awards: Once the cooking is complete, our Chef will taste and evaluate each dish based on creativity, taste, and presentation. The winning team will be crowned culinary champions!

ROOM DETAILS

Wine Room: Seats 8 – The Wine Room is enclosed in glass and is sure to impress any guest with access to enter only available through the private wine locker room. The space is the restaurant’s actual working wine room and is ideal for smaller parties or business meetings.

Private Room: Seats 32, Reception 40 – The Private Room provides an intimate and upscale space for professional and social gatherings. The room offers a variety of amenities and can easily transform to meet the need of any event.

Dining Terrace: Seats 50, Reception 100 – The Dining Terrace feels like a veranda in a private Italian garden and includes custom patterned metal screens for lighting and enhanced aesthetic. The space feels like an outdoor terrace but is completely enclosed, perfect for a larger gathering or reception. This room can be separated into two smaller rooms to accommodate different sized events.

Downtown Bar: Reception 100 – Enjoy the entire space or part of the bar as your own personal event venue. Based on limited availability, we offer the possibility of exclusive or partial use of the bar and attention of our staff, scheduled a minimum of 30 days in advance.

Buy-Out: Seats 150, Reception 225 – Enjoy the entire restaurant as your own personal event venue. Based on limited availability, we offer the possibility of exclusive use of the restaurant and attention of our staff, scheduled a minimum of 30 days in advance.
