Dining event unmasks top chefs
- The Four Seasons Hotel Houston will host Chefs Unmasked, a masquerade-theme party to benefit the Houston Hospitality Employee Relief Fund, 7-10 p.m. Saturday. Participating Houston chefs include Danny Trace of Potente, Hugo Ortega of Xochi, Chris Shepherd of Underbelly and Alejandro Di Bello of Bayou & Bottle at the Four Seasons, who will be joined by Richard Sandoval of Richard Sandoval Restaurants, Michael Mina of the Mina Group and Adam Sobel of Mina Test Kitchen. The reception-style event will feature samples of dishes, wine and cocktails. Tickets are $250 per person; call 713-652-6249.
