Join us for an indulgent Fall dining experience crafted by Executive Chef Danny, designed to celebrate autumn’s finest flavors with luxurious ingredients and artistic presentations. Live Jazz from Fire NR Bones.
First Course – Elevated Bites + Champagne
An opening trio of refined small plates, including a Matagorda pearl oyster BLT, rabbit & porcini polpette, and a decadent Jamon de Bellota grilled cheese.
Second Course – From the Sea
A velvety lobster butternut bisque sets the tone, followed by lobster brioche custard enhanced with XO cognac and crowned with Petrossian Ossetra caviar.
Third Course – Pasta & Indulgence
House-made raviolo al tartufo with marble lump blue crab, black truffle, and 1836 olive oil — a rich taste of autumn’s depth and complexity.
Fourth Course – The Crescendo
The main entrée, Duck, Duck, Wagyu, features Texas Akaushi petite strip paired with duck confit hash, foie gras fondue, and ruby port syrup.
Dessert Course -A Grand Finale
The evening concludes with a delicate golden satsuma crêpe, layered with Louisiana citrus, white chocolate, roasted almond, and Grand Marnier.
